Economic Crisis

I think that the government should help these companys. If the government doesn't help bail them out then there will be alot of jobs lost. Not to mention the major impact that it will have as an effect on the live of everyone that has any thing to do with it. But it is also taking tax payer money to to help bail them out. This is the peoples money that could be being used for other things if this wasn't an issue.

I am normally in bed between 11:30 and 12:00 on week nights. On weekends i am usualy up untill around two or three, unless i have something to do the next day.

Drinking Age

I Think that they should change the drinking age. For one reason is that if people start drinking at a younger age and are able to learn to drink in a responsible manner. And learn to be careful and to not drink and drive.

Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there.

This means that you should set goals to your life, and then when you meet your goals don't just sit around with nothing to do. Keep moving keep striving for more. Keep setting goals for your life, and keep trying to better your life and the ways you live it.

I did enjoy the presentation. I like all of the advice that he gave us. I think that this will help people on future career dicisions. I think also think at Ms. Gay should keep allowing these people to come to our class and present their career.

I think that this story is an example of good dog training. All thought for many of us it may be hard to believe that the dog took the phone off of the reciever and dialed 911. But i'm not saying it isn't possible if the dog is trained well enough i geuss almost anything is possible.

I enjoyed this past homecoming. I went to the parade, the game and the dance and it was all pretty fun. I think the best part would be the dance. I left the dance about 9: 50 and went and hung out with some friends. The whol night was fun but i'm still really tired i didn't get much sleep.

It's better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all...

I do agree with this. I think that a person that has loved another person will be happier and more content than someone who has never loved at all.

Abandoned Baby

I think this is a bad situation. I think that it being a girl and being in China plays a role as to why the mother may have abandoned her. In China people are limited to the number of childern that they can have, and everyone wants males so that the family name can be carried on.

I didn't get a chance to watch it, but I know that with everything she has done and everything that she definatly isn't the kind of role model that people should look up too. The way that she lives her life so recklessly is her business, but when she mixes her reckless behavior with her kids and endangers there lives, then that isn't the kind of person the youth of America should be looking up to.

I think that the new policy on teachers having to sub for other teachers, is good in a way that it helps save the school money. But it also has negative effects. It takes the teachers focus off of the students that they are supost to be teaching. And it also doesn't help the substitutes out. Without the shcool hiring substitute teachers they aren't getting paid which hurts them aswell.

So far I do like blogging. I just don't always enjoy some of the topics we are asked to blog about. Other than that i do like blogging.

My pet peeves include:

1. People smacking while chewing gum
2. People interrupting while other people are talking

I'm not sure just how much it will help McCain. But I do believe that it will push for more female votes.

I think that teen pregnancy isn't viewed as an okay thing, but it is seen alot more than it use to be seen. Its still not acceptable but i think that people are more used to seeing pregnant teens now than ever.
